A key factor in the success of any photography business is the ability to produce technically sound images that stand out and differentiate your style from that of other photographers. As a pet photographer, one way to generate bold and professional-looking images from your outdoor sessions is to light your subjects with off-camera flash.
Another small gallery from a trip my family made to Anna Maria Island on Florida’s Gulf Coast when we lived in Central Florida.
A few photos from a quick trip my family made to St. Petersburg, Florida when we lived in central Florida in 2003.
One day, while driving around exploring central Florida, my family came across a sign for a “Renaissance Faire” in Clermont, FL. We had never attended an event like this and decided “Why not”? My son had recently started playing the Mandolin and we thought this might be really interesting for him.
It turned out that it was a great event that the whole family enjoyed. I don’t know if this community still holds the event, I believe this was their first year, but I know the band we fell in love with there still travels and performs. Their name is “The Empty Hats” and you can learn more about them at their website: emptyhats.com Check them out!!
Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse [ponceinlet.org] is Florida’s tallest lighthouse (second tallest in the country) and is a designated National Historic Landmark. It’s located close to Daytona Beach and Orlando so you should consider adding it to your itinerary when you visit these locations.
My photo gallery includes pictures of the lighthouse, the famous Fresnel Lenses and the grounds which include a wonderful little museum.
